**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within a technical sales environment. You will work closely with the Sales Team to provide technical expertise, product knowledge, and support during the sales process. Prior knowledge in AV (Audio-Visual) and UC (Unified Communications) technologies is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Team in delivering technical information and presentations to clients.
- Respond to technical queries and provide product recommendations based on client needs.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and proposals.
- Participate in product training, vendor workshops, and certification programs to continuously expand technical knowledge.
- Help conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AV and UC solutions.
- Support solution design and basic system configurations under guidance from senior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in learning new technologies and products.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of AV and UC systems (e.g., video conferencing, digital signage, collaboration tools) is preferred.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in technical design & support or pre-sales environments.
- Knowledge of key AV/UC brands (e.g., Cisco, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Neat, Lightware, Logitech, etc.).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and system integration concepts.
