**Job Title: Events Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as private parties, themed nights, DJ performances, corporate events, and special promotions.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event needs, manage bookings, and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Manage event logistics, including set-up, sound, lighting, and audiovisual equipment, in collaboration with the technical team.
- Coordinate with DJs, performers, and external vendors to ensure timely and smooth execution of events.
- Monitor event budgets, control costs, and manage event revenue to ensure profitability.
- Supervise on-site event operations, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and provide reports with suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest creative ideas to keep the nightclub’s events fresh and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event coordination, ideally in the nightclub, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required for events.
- Familiarity with event planning software and nightclub AV systems is a plus.
- A passion for nightlife, music, and creating memorable guest experiences.
