**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent inter personal skill; cheerful disposition; troubleshooting skills; Microsoft Office; customer focus
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Prepare to work on job rotation from 11 am to 8.30 pm
- 5 days' work week inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

**Pay Rate**
- $2,000

**Scope**
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolve product and services issues
- Attract potential customers by answering product & services questions
- Open, maintain customer account;
- Resolve product & services problems by clarifying customer's feedback, determining the cause of the problem selecting the best solution to solve the problem, expediting problem resolution and follow up to ensure resolutions;
- Recommend/feedback to mgmt. on products/services by collating customer information and analysing customer needs.
- Work Location : Yishun
