**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conduct analysis in support of constructing trade recommendations for clients
- Maintain and update pricing sheets and runs
- Assist the desk in onboarding new counterparties, markets or trading systems
- Develop new automation ideas and projects to support the build out of the global Fixed Income platform regionally
- Provide timely updates of market color, financial/economic data releases and developments
- Communicate with operations to monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and failed trades
- Work with risk departments across regions to keep track on clients' risk limits and provide timely updates to the desk if any changes or upon request

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics or Accountancy. Graduates in other disciplines with a demonstrable interest in Finance are welcomed to apply.
- Practical Excel capabilities, proficiency in Python programming will be viewed upon favorably.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other teams and departments.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Disciplined, meticulous and efficient and able to work well under pressure and handling several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Self-driven problem-solver, analytical and proactive in learning and improving processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK for any employer
- Available for a 10-week program
