**Digital Events Executive | MCI | Global engagement & marketing agency**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about a Digital-first approach. This role within our newly formed Digital Event team will allow you the chance to present live, plan and execute digital/ virtual experiences which include one-to-one engagements, live streaming, and projects which combine different types of engagement of varying scale.

Within 1 month, you will:

- Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes a deep dive into our teams and culture
- Get to know the rest of the team who like to refer to themselves as “Many Crazy Individuals”
- Be injected into project teams at various planning and execution stage and learn the different elements in producing a virtual event
Within 3 months, you will:

- Be assigned to work a project from the start to the end
- Manage your area of responsibility within a “complex” project with close guidance from your team lead
Within 6 months, you will:

- Have a comprehensive understanding of what makes the gears turn in different types of virtual events
- Develop your own ideas and start experimenting with the team to implement them on shows and planning process
Within 12 months, you will:

- Have planned and delivered world-class virtual engagements with your mark and stamp
- Take the lead on complex projects
Identify areas for improvement and bring them to the table.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and execute virtual experiences
- Coordinate the logistics, production timeline and speaker schedules
- Manage event communications, registration, and reporting
- Take the lead in events - presenting provided materials, acting as an emcee, opening an event, and introducing speakers
- Participating in event debriefs, gathering client feedback and proactively and accurately transmit relevant information
- Final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled.
**DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATIONSHIPS**
- The Events Executive reports to the Director of Corporate Division & Assistant Director - Event Operations
- The Events Executive works in direct contact with the client, reporting, consulting and communicating in order to ensure that the client is aware and satisfied of the progress;
- The Events Executive works in direct contact with the suppliers, negotiating, supervising and working in close collaboration to ensure the success of the event.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Being technologically savvy and comfortable with using new tools or software will be highly advantageous
- Good level of project management, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent eye for details
- Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Prior experience with live streaming, virtual events will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite
**SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of GSuite
