As a Strategic Negotiator, you combine your deep market knowledge of a given sector with tech industry savvy to negotiate cost-effective solutions to support Google's infrastructure growth. You'll work with specific project teams on negotiating deals, managing vendor and partner relationships and presenting deal recommendations to our Tech leadership. Your successful negotiations have the potential to save Google millions of dollars in operating costs and impact every part of the business. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. **Responsibilities**: - Manage a team of APAC Portfolio Managers responsible for managing a portfolio of sites to ensure the business is prepared to deliver capacity in APAC, whenever and wherever Google requires it. - Lead the APAC Portfolio Management team on project management, stakeholder negotiations, expansion support, and integration of lessons learned into the end-to-end site selection and delivery process. - Ensure alignment and delivery are consistent with APAC regional and sub-regional plans, priorities, and execution plans. Uphold standards, processes, policies, procedures, and rules to support project objectives. - Manage relationships with internal teams/stakeholders involved in data center capacity delivery in the region (e.g., ELS stakeholders, FEP, DCS, ExE, DC-Supply planning, etc.). - Track portfolio deliverables and milestones, ensuring the successful delivery of campuses and sites.
