**Senior Business Development Manager Automotive, Credit & Asset Finance**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
At Avantalion, we consider the following to be essential for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager:

- You thrive when tasked with driving new business acquisitions, forging strong relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals.
- You have profound knowledge of technology trends, software development, agile methodologies, and digital transformation is highly desirable.
- You have technology and consulting acumen with the ability to positively translate into business value.
- You are experienced in selling premium, not commoditized or compromised services, and actively managing the continuous development of our customer portfolio.
- You have a proven record of success driving complex sales through a disciplined process.
- You're comfortable interfacing with the C-suite on their strategy, ensuring that we're delivering the expected outcomes while anticipating new challenges.

You will also work on international project assignments primarily within Asia for our Automotive and Credit & Asset Finance clients. Thereby the focus will be on managing the delivery of international IT system replacements/ implementations.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in economics, business, engineering, or computer science
- Proven track record in business development in the field of Automotive, Credit, and/or Asset Finance
- Experience in managing the delivery of international IT projects
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in spoken and written business German and/or French
- Be able and willing to travel internationally at least 50% and up to 80% of the time and be highly mobile
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present to C-Level audiences
- Have worked and feel comfortable in virtual teams with members spread across multiple time-zones
- Knowledge of project and process management techniques, tools, and standards (e.g. PRINCE 2, PMI, BPMN, EPC) will be advantageous
- You have a passion for consulting and working closely with people
- You are assertive, independent, and able to take initiative
- At least 10 years of direct experience within the Automotive, Credit, and/or Asset Finance industries
- Operational experience in Automotive, Credit, and/or Asset Finance business areas such as business & product development, credit and risk management, back-office operations, and/or finance and controlling
