You will assist the Group Director, Innovation & Transformation to establish the overall strategy and plan for the team. This includes the creation and oversight of frameworks and platforms to catalyse innovation, building communities of innovators, and engaging innovation offices, entities and stakeholders across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre to ensure close collaboration and synergy, and streamline internal processes. You will oversee activities to ensure the success of innovation platforms such as the SingHealth Innovation Centre and Academic Medicine Innovation Institute. You will also oversee innovation-related grant calls, as well as lead activities to obtain external funding and in-kind contributions to fund innovation programmes.**Auto req ID**

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with an excellent academic track record.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare and innovation.
- Knowledge and track record in healthcare innovation and/or commercialisation.
- Prior work experience in and familiarity with the local healthcare system will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with change in a fluid environment within a growing organisation.
- Adept at internal and external stakeholder management and able to work well with all levels of staff.
- Strong team player with strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
