Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

**Finance Director**
- Duties And Responsibilities- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
- Direct and monitor all financial activity of the company
- Cash flow management and treasury
- Control company expenditure and periodically review/revamp policy when necessary
- Outline and implement company budget plans
- Prepare company financial statements monthly and annually
- Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.
- Control company expenditure and periodically review/revamp policy when necessary
- Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
- Managing internal controls.
- Evaluating and managing risk.
- Overseeing audit and tax functions.
- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Direct, lead and coach the finance team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed
- Company Secretary - performs company secretarial tasks e.g. coordinates & review AGM, preparation of board resolutions & collate directors’ signatories etc
- An ‘internal challenger’ in areas such as costs, purchases, investments, efficiencies etc;
- Formulate accounting control policy when necessary
- General Office Administration and other ad-hoc projects - e.g negotiation of office tenancy agreement upon renewal/extension, renewal of insurance policies etc
- Local Compliance Officer
- prevention of compliance risks, detection of compliance incidents, etc The person and the knowledge, skills and experience required - in no particular order
- Pre-requisites:
- Qualified **ACCA**/ISCA/CPA, with extensive financial management experience in leading role
- Working knowledge of SAP;
- Auditing experience.
- Compliance oriented
