Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we have immediate vacancy for

**IT Support Specialist / Associate Engineer**

**Responsibilities**

1) Perform 1st level technical support which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, servers, switches and routers, printers, network storage systems and related hardware etc.

3) Provide helpdesk function

4) Perform maintenance on system in various daily, weekly and monthly preventive tasks.

5) Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and closely tracking & follow up of all incidents

6) Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirement**

1) Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in IT related discipline or Electronics/ Aerospace Engineering with IT knowledge

2) **No experience is needed. **Graduates with passion in IT are welcomed

3) Self-motivated, self - discipline and a service mindset

4) Independent, commitment and willingness to learn

5) Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage

**Other Information**

1) Training will be provided
