**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
**Job Purpose**

The position is responsible for providing high quality and timely financial information and commentary to Senior Management across MEASPAC and the Commercial teams.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Reporting**
- Analyse the consistency of the Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Loyalty (SMDL) and Information Technology (IT) data across the region
- Supervise the monthly loading of SMDL and IT financial information into OneStream and ensure the information is accurate
- Review the region’s SMDL and IT financial information and perform monthly analysis (e.g. vs Budget and Forecast)
- Be the first point of contact for SMDL, IT and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) teams in Paris
- Coordinate the preparation of the performance review for SMDL & IT with the region’s commercial team
- Prepare the Monthly Activity and Mid-Year Performance Review presentations and provide specific information, analysis and commentary to the VP FP&A MEASPAC and for the performance reviews
- Develop new reports and processes to support business requirements and end user needs
- Communicate and coordinate changes required in OneStream (including mappings)
- Ensure the local teams are maintaining OneStream as required

**Budgeting/Forecasting**
- Participate in Group Level discussions relating to SMDL and IT‘s budget and processes
- Be the key communicator on requirements, timelines and action plan to implement changes
- Supervise the Budget and Forecasting processes for each hub
- Responsible for providing update of the consolidated information prior to OneStream upload
- Assist with the preparation of information required for Paris (e.g. Marketing costs appendix for OneStream)
- Ensure data are input correctly in OneStream
- Compare data submitted in OneStream with expected figures and liaise with regional teams to understand discrepancies
- Responsible for the preparation of slides relating to budget and performance reviews in conjunction with the commercial department
- Responsible for the preparation of detailed information, analysis and commentary for updates and submission to VP FP&A MEASPAC and senior management as required

**Process and Others**
- Understand the existing processes across the region and establish best practices
- Provide guidance to the relevant teams within the region on reporting requirements and implementation of changes
- Support the VP FP&A MEASPAC and Senior Management with ad-hoc related projects and presentations
- Ensure maintenance of Group systems (e.g. mappings in OneStream)

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Minimum 8 year of relevant experience in Financial reporting and analysis
- Extensive experience of financial reporting in multinational companies
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Information Systems
- Knowledge of data flows and the interaction of information systems
- Strong management skills with the ability to develop and lead a team
- Ability to drive change and improve processes
- Excellent time management kills and ability to work under pressure
