The incumbent will lead efforts to optimise financial performance, ensure compliance with policies, and work closely with departments to drive productivity and operational effectiveness. Leadership experience and a strong background in healthcare or manufacturing will be advantageous for this role. Job Description Work within a team of finance staff to optimise performance and provide timely, relevant, and meaningful financial and management information (e.g., financial performance by discipline and DRGs). Support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and insights. Develop and implement procedures and controls aligned with established management and regulatory policies. Partner with departments to drive performance improvements and enhance productivity. Provide financial oversight across various activities, including but not limited to: Review of financial and operational information for approvals and post-implementation reviews Regular updates of service pricing Review and approval of purchases in accordance with established authorisation policies and procedures. Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or a recognised professional qualification in accountancy. At least 12 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial capacity. Proven ability to manage teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. Experience in healthcare or manufacturing industries is preferred. Basic knowledge of data science techniques and concepts, with an understanding of their application in a finance context, is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
