Operations Specialist

**1. Role Description**

The Project Operations Specialist will brainstorm operation plans with colleagues and coordinate the media, publicity and executional deliverables for client’s and company products. Coordinating contents, designs (Creative team) and marketing deliverables (Social Media Team) and execute roadshows and events to generate potential leads for clients.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**

Project Operations Specialist shall proactively involved in:
1. Conceptualize project executional plans as a team
2. Coordinating electronic direct mailers and social media campaigns with creative team.
3. Carrying out project and marketing operations

**3. Competencies**

1. Understanding the projects elements and execute the deliverables set together with project department.
2. Coordinating inhouse eDMs with creative for clients inline with projects
3. Attracting and soliciting buyers (clients) via social and traditional media
4. Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to prioritize work and meet expected deadlines
6. Hosting and inviting of media partners for event (onsite)
7. Project planning, execution
8. Compiling of post project & media report preparation

**Salary**: Starting from $2,500.00 per month + allowances + attractive commission

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
