- Department: Technology- Location: Singapore- As a Product Manager for the Finance domain, you will play a critical role in the digital transformation of our Finance operations. Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Co-own Finance product roadmap along with product lead and business sponsor and ensure alignment with the rest of the organization
- Drive product definition, with staged engineering execution and rollout strategy for every country
- Work closely with software development team to ensure correct understanding of product features
- Ensure execution speed: establish clear milestones with visible progress regularly, with emphasis on quick iterations
- Ensure high product quality (end user thinking) and stop wrong or unnecessary functionalities / initiative
- Utilize data-driven approach to improve product performance that includes continuous tracking and analysis

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Over 5 years product development experience from conception to delivery and iteration, preferably in tech/internet companies and with exposure to the Finance product domain
- Support the ERP integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support
- Support the assessment of change requests (corrections, enhancements), proposing and developing solutions by SAP PI/PO
- Contribute in support of SAP PI/PO system (Incident Management, Problem Management, troubleshooting, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making. Moderate proficiency in SQL is preferable
- Strong organizational acumen - ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration
- Have a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and a strong drive to get things done
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- SAP or any ERP knowledge is good to have.
- Programming knowledge in Java is good to have
