Trade Marketing Executive

Job Description
- Involved in the planning and executions of marketing campaigns/plans, on-trade activations, collaborations & events.
- Work in partnership with trade sales team to meet customer’s advertising and communication needs including developing/managing print and digital assets for activations.
- Facilitate in all events, including product tasting/dinners, from ideas to final deliverables with aim to increase customer conversions and generate qualified leads.
- Conceptualization and execution of brand plans.
- Ideate, develop and assist in production design for marketing collaterals (printed materials and digital assets)
- Responsible for developing and maintaining POSM inventory.
- Maintenance of brand media files and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Having an outgoing, open minded and fun personality would be a plus.
- An agile, self-motivated individual who is able to organize, multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possessing a creative mindset, able to be an out-of-the-box thinker.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions.
- Possess keen interest in marketing yet recognize the need for analytical work such as campaign financial calculations, post-event metrics analysis and other commercial back-end jobs related to marketing.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing/business.
- Has at least 1 year of relevant working experience with prior experience in F&B/alcohol sales.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Designing flair & basic graphic designing skills will be plus point
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
