Channel Partnerships Manager- Industrial Park

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Channel Partnerships**: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local real estate firms, agents, and other relevant channels to promote industrial park projects.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agents and tenants, negotiating agreements and contracts that meet company objectives.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing materials and strategies that showcase the benefits of our industrial park projects.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify, qualify, and pursue leads from various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- **Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with existing partners, agents, and tenants to ensure long-term collaborations and referrals.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Good experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the industrial sector.
- **Network**: Established connections with local real estate firms, agents, or other relevant channels.
