**Regional Account / Finance Executive**

**Positions based at: Singapore**

**Responsibilities**:
**Annual Budgeting**
- Assist InsightAsia (IA) P&L heads to build their annual budgets of preceding year
- Submit draft annual budgets to Reg. Fin. Controller and IA Mgmt for approval
- Finalise the annual and quarterly budgets and KPIs for all P&Ls of preceding year
- Help P&L heads present the finalised annual and quarterly budgets in the Quarterly Performance Meeting (QPM) of each year

**Internal Audit Functions**
- Travel to all IA countries for the internal audit as directed by the Reg Fin Controller
- Conduct quarterly internal audit (full internal audit spectrum) to audit all transactions based on IA system, formats and template. Check for, identify and investigate all suspicious discrepancies
- Prepare QPM Reports, discuss & finalize it with P&L holder for their QPM presentation
- Assist P&L holders to achieve their KPIs. Provide support and recommendations to them
- Prepare QPM summary reports & recommendations for Reg Fin Controller and Management
- Prepare Quarterly Performance dash boards - as required
- Perform follow-up on audit issues and recommendations to ensure action plans are implemented
- Ensure all InsightAsia Biz Units follow and comply with statutory requirements, tax compliance, Legal and banking regulations, etc
- Identify key area of risks within all IA offices & propose actions to mitigate risk
- Proactively monitor company profitability, credit control, advances, & project costs and ensure IA companies do not slip into losses or cash flow problems

**Singapore Office Support**
- Preparing full sets of accounts, overseeing overall accounting records for Singapore office and any other related subsidiary companies as directed by the Reg Fin Controller

**Finance and Accounting Tasks**
- Liaison with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities in IA countries
- Develop Biz Plans and Cash Flow Forecasts for new and existing P&L holders
- Arrange and prepare monthly finance and country performance meeting.
- Responsibility for all Inter-Co billings including transfer pricing. Maintaining files & documentation as required by statutory reporting regulations
- Undertake ad-hoc local finance function during the transition period & other local company assignments as directed by the Reg Fin Controller
- Provide accounting support to local accountants as and when required
- Performs any other ad-hoc tasks as advised by management from time-to-time

**Requirements**:

- Must have accounting / finance qualification.
- Ideally with 1+ years’ experience with an audit firm / or as an Analyst.
- Quarterly travel for audit to regional offices within ASEAN
- Good computer / Excel / Accounting software skills
- Good communication and negotiation skillsPositive working attitude and willing to learn
