**Our Client is a European MNC that specializes in manufacturing cold-chain packaging solutions for customers across a variety of industries,** **We are assisting them to find a Managing Director to lead their Singapore Regional Head Quarters.** **Position Summary**: The MD will be directly responsible for managing of the company with focus sales, business growth and operations including P&L. **Main Responsibilities**: - Managing of the company with focus sales and operations. Developing and managing of the business in compliance with group and company targets. - Definition of the country & growth strategy, short, medium and long-term. - Adaptation and implementation of the international business models & marketing concepts for the regional market. - Responsible for recruiting, setting KPI's and further development of employees. - Planning of measures to "roll-out" & implement business models. - Ongoing monitoring of the competition and trends for the business models in the Regional market. - Identification of growth potentials for all business models and reporting to Global HQ. - Definition of sales strategies and concepts to implement business models in the Regional market. - Set-Up a reporting structure including personnel, business development activities, operational and financial oversight - Secure compliance of company activities and operations in accordance with Regional laws and ISO standards. - Implementation of an action plan to implement the product/service portfolio with focus customers. - Management of strategic accounts and focus customers in cooperation with Global Head of Sales. - Participation in yearly negotiations with strategic accounts/focus customers in cooperation. - Identification and development of new distribution channels and business opportunities for all business models. - Securing supply chain and delivery service to focus customers in the regional market. - Management of stocks and receivables. - Regular and detailed reporting for Senior Directors located at Global HQ **Education & Experience Required**: - At least 15 years of professional experience, coming from a strong sales / business development background within one or more of the following Industries: Logistics and Supply Chain, F&B, Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals or Packaging. - University Degree Educated - Strong Leadership skills with proven Operations Management exposure **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday
