Management and Program Analyst

**Duties**: **Major Duties**: Ability to plan, organize, and direct teams to support projects, to effectively manage tactical implementation of strategic goal and objectives, including direct experience managing multi-disciplined groups, such as developers, trainers, testers, business analysts, configuration managers, organizational change managers, etc. Produces and presents information and findings in a variety of formats (e.g., articles, papers, studies, briefings, and other media). Conduct extensive analysis to evaluate the organizational impact, feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of existing and proposed systems and procedures. Participates in cross-functional project teams to ensure organizational objectives are achieved, supporting internal and external business development programs/projects, and provide expertise and analysis to program/project management. Implement new and revised policies, regulations, and procedures after identifying and resolving any potential effect on the organization and its current practices and communicating these effects to the business unit director.
