We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to assume the roles of a “Human Resources Executive (6-month contract) to support the business growth.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Position: Junior Human Resources Executive (6-month contract)**
**Working location: Senoko
**Highlights**:
- **5 days per work week (Mon-Fri)**:
- **Working Timing : 9.00am - 6.00pm**:
- **Salary : $2,500-$3,200 per month**
**Job Roles**:
The Executive reports to the Senior HR Manager, is responsible to perform a full spectrum of HR functions and provide effective HR business partnering support to the business units in the various HR aspects.
**What you will do**:
- To provide general HR and admin support (eg. Appointment letter, onboard & offboard & etc.)
- To provide HR and administrative support.
- Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
- Keep P-file up to date.
- Responsible for montly processing and submission of payroll and reports.ess needs.
- Organise, facilitate and co-ordinate employee engagement events.
- Assist on recruitment needs.
- Co-ordinate and follow up on the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course.
- Assist to co-ordinate travel arrangement when necessary.
- Any ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Operations.
- Good knowledge in labour legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English for both oral and written.
- Has a cheerful personality and a good team player.
- Possess organisational and problem-solving skill.
- Have prior experience in Manufacturing Industry, but not a must.
- IT savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll system (Talenox & Whyze Solution).
