**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Your role is pivotal in ensuring our representatives meet the fit and proper standards under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF). You will handle thorough checks, manage timelines effectively, and prepare essential documents for onboarding and offboarding processes. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who is proactive and has strong organisational skills

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:

- Flagging out adverse findings and escalating of case for further evaluation
- Conduct periodic declarations and checks on existing financial consultants

Support for other Distribution Support function such as:

- Representatives’ resignation process
- Reference check request
- Handles audit request related to fit & proper assessment
- Regular review of process to streamline and ensure relevancy
- Any other projects or tasks as assigned

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework (Highly preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Ability to express thought process
- Independent, self-driven, results-oriented and team player
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
