**About the Role**
We are hiring a **Senior Executive - Finance & Controlling**to support a regional **industrial automation project**on a 12-month contract basis. This role will be instrumental in managing financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations across multiple APAC markets, contributing to key business decisions and operational

compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Controlling**
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for APAC entities in coordination with local and regional teams
- Analyze monthly financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support business performance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements
- Serve as a key contact for audits, process improvements, and cross-functional finance initiatives

**Accounting**
- Oversee Accounts Receivable reconciliation, validate collections, and maintain accurate AR records
- Prepare AR ageing reports and track collection performance
- Manage accrual tracking and post entries into the accounting system
- Support other day-to-day finance and accounting functions as needed

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior exposure to a regional finance role or shared services environment is preferred

**Contract Terms**
- This is a **12-month contract**with the potential for extension or conversion, depending on performance and business requirements
