- Senior Facilities Operation & Maintenance Manager- Posting Date : 13 Feb 2025 | Closing Date :14 May 2025_SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. We're looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team.We’re searching for a Senior Manager/ MTS to be part of our Facilities Department diverse team of talent. You will be the Subject-Matter-Expert for the Operation & Maintenance.What you will be working on:

- Manage facilities operation team with 12-hour shift duties for 24 hours support to Fab.
- Manage round check on site, check on all consoles and servers of facilities control and monitoring systems in shift basis.
- Alarm handling, emergency response and actions in case of excursion happened by managing 1st line incident handling, breakdown repair works as well as actively participate in ERT incident.
- PM management - Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) executive and tracking till closure.
- Prepare operation summary report, including PM execution, alarm counts and analysis, SPC and analysis, round check, call in services, utilities usage and others if needed, say ESG. Besides, engineering or trouble shooting activities are also part of the report. The report shall be prepared, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Training and Certification program for on duty team members.
- Coach, mentor and train team members on technical know-how to ensure department technical competencies are up to the highest standard.
- Manage activities isolation or lock out/tag out for after office hours contractor works.
- Review, recommend and implement changes to workflow to achieve company and department goals in relation to cost saving and operational improvement.
- Complies with internal SOPs, external regulatory and EHS requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Perform/support quality investigations in a timely and thorough manner.
- Working closely with systems owners, Quality team ensuring optimal plant performance as well as troubleshooting issues and drive root cause analysis
- Support GEMBA walk and other duties as necessary

More About You:

- Master/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic/ Chemical/ Environmental Engineering
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
- Min 5 years’ management experiences
- Wafer fab operation experiences is a must
- Strong technical knowledge for at least in two disciplines of four major disciplines - electrical & control, mechanical, water treatment, gas & chemical systems.
