**JOB /
Manager, Performance Analysis is responsible for providing data, analysis and reporting solutions to key Consumer Operations stakeholders in Asia Pacific Excluding China Regional leaders. The Performance Analysis team delivers technical and analytical support required to provide data-driven performance insights on revenue management metrics including, but not limited to, market share performance, pricing effectiveness, booking pace by segment and tier, market segmentation, channels and source market trends. This role is responsible to create and maintain tools, reports, and dashboards to support performance management, as well as to manage the underlying data. In addition, this role will support any analysis as needed to determine factors that impact performance, working in collaboration with area and regional teams to formulate solutions.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

**Education & Experience**
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in a quantitative discipline finance, computer science, operations research, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.) and minimum 3 years’ related work experience

OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in quantitative discipline (finance, computer science, operations research, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.) and minimum 1 year’s related work experience

OR
- Minimum 5 years’ related work experience
- Language Requirements: proficiency in English is required (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Technical Requirements:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required

At least one of the following: statistical analysis software skills, programming skills, business intelligence and reporting software skills, data visualization skills is requiredTableau, SQL and Python experience preferred

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Demonstrated ability in handling large data sets and databases
- Demonstrated ability to present data using visualization, metrics, and reports to support data-driven decisions
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with experience in solving “real-life” business problems
- Ability to take large volumes of complex information and present it a clear, concise and complete manner which facilitates executive decision making
- Ability to communicate data specifications, deadlines and requirements clearly and concisely
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, written and oral communication skills, as well as public speaking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work both as a team member and a team leader to achieve results in a teamwork environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and proven ability to handle multi-task assignments
- Knowledge of financial analysis, quantitative analysis, statistical tools and economic concepts preferred
- Hotel experience and/or knowledge preferred
- Revenue management experience preferred

- Develop, maintain, and support dashboard and other tools used in data analysis and performance management
- Manages data to develop recurring or one-time reports
- Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
- Analyze data and results to assist Performance Analysis team in choosing the best solution and solving problems
- Monitor, evaluate and contribute to business insight tracking
- Provide routine business status updates to leadership teams
- Assist to develop analytical approaches to support all key business processes throughout the year
- Support to develop measurement techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of performance related initiatives
- Respond to requests from stakeholders for data and analysis
- Support special projects, including ad hoc requests for information, analysis and recommendations relative to continent and regional initiatives
