SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced and visionary maternity cover for the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand marketing initiatives to elevate the Marriott portfolio presence and build lasting emotional connections across focus markets. The Brand Marketing team (Bonvoy, Premium and Select) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands in the Marriott International portfolio across Marriott Bonvoy, Premium (examples Westin, Sheraton, Marriott, Autograph Collection) and Select (examples Four Points, Aloft, Moxy, Courtyard) that align with business objectives and enhance the visibility, positioning, and performance across focus markets. This is a maternity cover role for the Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Bonvoy, Premium and Select) , who leads the coordination of integrated marketing efforts across each region and collaborates with local market teams, brand management, PR, Media, and our preferred media, creative, influencer and research agencies. This is a dynamic role at the intersection of hospitality, culture, and creativity— ideal for a creative thinker who is passionate about story-telling, and who can bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. JOB SUMMARY Brand campaigns and activation (35%) - Manages execution of upper funnel, brand marketing integrated campaigns and initiatives across Marriott Bonvoy, Premium & Select Brands in APEC, with the ability to take complex projects and efforts from conception to successful execution and tracking.Stakeholder management: This will involve partnering with stakeholders across local market teams, brand management, PR, Media, and our preferred media, creative, influencer and research agencies.Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives. Use key performance metrics to measure the impact of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Influencer Marketing Leadership (25%) Lead always on influencer strategy and execution across APEC to drive brand love and awareness for Marriott Bonvoy and Premium & Select brands. Manage agency relationships, content development, and performance tracking. Performance Analysis & Optimization (15%) Monitor brand health of our focus brandsAnalyze campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels to understand if we have achieved our goals to generate insights to inform future marketing strategies.Conduct ad-hoc research to fill in gaps in consumer understanding.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Brand Support & Admin (15%) Brand Programming Support: Provide brand marketing support for new hotel openings, key brand programming moments (e.g., Renaissance Day of Discovery), and tactical initiatives across the portfolio.Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Strategic Partnerships (10%) Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships and influencer collaborations where relevant to amplify campaign reach and relevance. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education, Experience & Requirements B2C brand marketing experience preferably in lifestyle, or consumer brands Over 7 years of work experience, with two or more years of managerial experience preferred Experienced in managing external creative, media, influencer or research agencies to ensure strategic alignment, high quality output and timely execution Experienced in a regional role, with the ability to work effectively across different geographies, cultures and matrixed teams Budget management skills to manage brand marketing funds, optimizing resources to maximize results to objectives Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and manage multiple streams of work Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to project manage complex initiatives from conception to successful execution.
