Training Administrative Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage course registrations (e.g. register staff with external training providers, process training grants (where applicable), process course cancellations or postponements;
- Track training invoices to ensure that payments are made on time and provide supporting documents to verify them
- Maintain and update staff training records in the human resource system(s);
- Liaise with and answer queries regarding trainings from staff and training providers; and
- Provide logistics and administrative support for in-house courses (both virtual and hybrid arrangements) such as preparing and printing course materials and attendance lists, prepare and set up training venue based on programme requirements, and provide onsite administrative support on the day of the programme (e.g. taking attendance)
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in operational and administrative support for HR departments;
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good coordination, time management and organization skills;
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and
- IT Savvy with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
