**The role**:
Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for handling and making sure there is smooth operations of the daily routine work to be carried out.

**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**:

- Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment
- Responsible for handling and making sure there is smooth operations of the daily routine work to be carried out
- Prepare daily statistic and weekly report for Operations

**Administrative**:

- Assists in handling paper works and ensure proper filing of all documentation
- Prepare purchasing requisition and purchasing order (PR/PO)

**Qualifications**:
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Capable of handling a busy, fast-paced working environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Good working attitude, proactive and a team player
- Strong customer service orientation and positive energy
- Wants to be a part of a strong family culture
