HR Administrative Assistant

**Job description:
**Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle human resources tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial and HR-related data.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
**Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance and/or HR.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
