HR & Administrative Assistant

**Job Role and Responsibilities for the Group**:
- Supports employment area with scheduling interviews, handling reference checks and personnel changes.
- Employees’ participation and communication on key issues
- General Health and safety, personal wellbeing of staff
- Answer employee questions about policy and procedures, and refers to specialist as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records in the HR system and general administrative duties including documentation and filing
- Compiles and prepares data for statistical reporting.
- Oversee and assist in the general maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment such as copiers, air-conditioners, water dispensers, etc
- Maintain up-to-date forms/records on training and administer training programs for employees
- Plan, coordinate and organize, which are inclusive but not limited to meetings, events, etc
- Any HR related matters as instructed by Supervisor and Manager
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Fresh Diploma in Administration, Business Studies or equivalent or 1 year relevant experience in HR is preferred.
- Good in time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Good numeric sense and able to use Excel independently
- Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail, possesses a client service mentality and demonstrates strong analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to work independently but also enjoy team work, multi-tasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Overtime work could be required from time to time.
- Open to travel occasionally within the Asia Pacific region
