**Job Purpose**

Technical support for IoT solutions

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain temperature monitoring IoT system including hardware and AWS cloud system
- Participate in IoT pre-sales work to gather customer requirement and conduct site survey at customer place
- Configure IoT devices for new customer, test and deploy the devices to customer site
- Support customer after deployment including answering customer queries, troubleshooting, and fixing issues, etc
- Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, user support issue and resolution

**Requirements**:

- ITE Certification in any IT discipline and equivalent are welcomed to apply
- Programmers with Diploma in any IT discipline are welcomed to apply

**Other qualities we are looking for**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,600.00 per month
