Role Responsibilities:
Relationships
- Responsible for driving adoption and revenue on pure electronic and hybrid solutions
- Create, develop and grow contacts at new and existing clients
- Deeply understand your clients and their challenges and identify solutions and sales opportunities that will support them
- Establish broad relationships at your clients wider than the traders - e.g. IT, Business Managers - make yourself and TP ICAP critical for their business
- Create, develop and grow key partnerships and networks internally that are vital to global account management - (e.g. global broking, IT, product, operations)
- Take responsibility for ensuring these partnerships deliver excellence for your client: Be known as the face of TP ICAP for your key accounts - become their trusted adviser and take ownership in ensuring all their challenges are met
- Leverage your internal networks to ensure this delivery - drive the 360-feedback process internally and externally

Product
- Lead for FXHub products that include NDF, G10 FWD and Crypto NDF.
- Have a strong overall product knowledge. Understand how your clients use them - support them and offer ideas for improvement
- Drive the sales and marketing of our product offerings to potential new clients and leads
- Be on top of new products - be at the forefront of understanding new eSolutions and capabilities. Innovate and contribute to their design and work alongside UX to find best way to market
- Pro-actively drive client development through ongoing training and support
- Drive product development to meet our client’s needs. SAMs are responsible for working with clients to identify what they want and then contributing to the design and development of new product innovation
- Design optimal UAT strategies for new systems/upgrades - who, where, when, what are they focussed on and what will they feedback on. Take ownership for delivery and feedback

Analysis and account management
- Maximise the benefit of data. Analyse and understand the usage and trade behaviour of your clients - Design responses and solutions and take them to your clients e.g. Market share and market volume info to ensure login rates continue to grow and traders interaction with screen increases
- Follow eCommerce best practice CRM

Risk Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviours, security policies and regulatory requirements)
- Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines
- Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties

Experience / Competences:

- Motivated and pro-active - confident in making new and developing existing relationships
- Has a genuine interest in the industry - understands their clients’ challenges and how TP ICAP can support them
- Has an ability to read and understand people and the trading environment - flexing their style depending on sales need (cold calling / presenting / advising). Able to develop a wide range of relevant internal and external relationships - a trusted partner and a brand ambassador for TP ICAP / eCommerce
- Tenacious - sees problems as opportunities - evolves sales approach to incorporate new angles and uses relationships to increase adoption and evolve customer strategy - never giving up on the ‘unsold’
- Prepares - researches every customer so fully understands the landscape of the individual or the institution before opening a discussion. Detailed in preparation for sales meeting, profiling for all new accounts / users and existing
- Outgoing and engaging personality, willing to invest time in networking. An excellent communicator who understands the value of regular, clear and honest communication
