Role Summary:

Our client is seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator (Executive level) to support their Sales & Marketing Department.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, and being the key support backbone for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and responsive customer service to both local and regional clients.
  • Attend to all container lease enquiries promptly and follow up on open bookings to ensure timely pick-up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all customer paperwork is accurate and up to date (credit applications, contract documentation, insurance, etc.).
  • Follow up on payments and issue statements of accounts to customers.
  • Prepare month-end Marketing & Collections reports.
  • Handle marketing administration tasks such as preparing inventory reports, tracking customer press releases, and supporting marketing offers and presentations.
  • Support the development of new regional leasing opportunities alongside managing daily office administration tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, sales support, or marketing support function.
  • Applicants from prior container leasing or logistics industry will be a great advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable preparing reports and presentations.
