**About the Team**:
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, mentor and develop a high performing team responsible for implementing and authoring moderation guidelines from defined policies that are easy, clear and concise to be understood and enforced by both human and machine moderation and implementing executable operational workflows and relevant materials, including the revision of current materials as the product develops and scales.
- Provide thought leadership to the wider MI team, evangelizing cross-functional collaboration and owning a number of shared goals with partner teams
- Assessing and resolving client or business partner issues with considerable autonomy and data driven, ROI approach
- Identifying gaps and challenges, implementing moderation guidance to optimize product growth without compromising risks.
- Lead communications and develop a strong strategic relationship with critical cross functional stakeholders that play a critical role in the quality improvement framework: Policy, Risk, Product, Operations, Training teams, Public Relations
- Be an evangelist for change management at a regional level with critical day-to-day stakeholders
- Good sense of responsibility, curious to learn and grow TikTok.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Experience in content integrity policy implementation or/and risk control or equivalent fields to improve content quality
- People Management Experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working across different timezones
- Strong communications skills, especially in influencing senior stakeholders on policy development and implementation
- Familiarity with content management framework and optimization: content categorization, metadata management, natural language processing, and controlled vocabulary/taxonomy.
- Experience in Product, R&D, data science, analysis, and other related fields
