**About the team**:
As an integral member of our Design Strategy and Research team, you will work on a broad range of products. This is an incredible opportunity to get down into the trenches of a growing product, work with cutting-edge technologies, and solve interesting problems daily.

**About the Assignment**:
You will be responsible for running our immersion programs that bring stakeholders closer to the end users across Southeast Asia. Your role is to run 1-2 research programs each month that include planning the session, moderating the sessions (or, briefing a moderator for non-English sessions), facilitating the debriefs of key takeaways, and finally, synthesising and delivering the insights. These immersions are mostly virtual, but they will also be in-person. If there is capacity, you might also run other studies with guidance.

**The Core Objectives**:
1. Plan and execute immersion programs to bring internal stakeholders closer to the users we serve. After attending these programs, stakeholders should have a deeper understanding of our users and their experience & motivations.
2. Run smaller UX research studies across a range of products and services
3. Synthesise data (mostly qualitative, complemented with statistics) and desktop research

**Essential Experience / Criteria**
Research background: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, human-computer interaction, human factors engineering, cognitive science, related field or equivalent practical experience in UX Research
Research skills: Experience with contextual inquiry and moderating research interviews

Project management: experience coordinating research studies, such as recruiting users

**Desirable Experience / Criteria**:
1. Experience working with senior stakeholders in an organisation
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Working within tight timelines
