Roles & Responsibilities The company is a subsidiary of a major state-owned enterprise, established to focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and infrastructure technology solutions. It plays an active role in large-scale public sector projects, including water treatment facilities, tunnelling works, and new MRT construction lines. They are considered a sub contractor and works like a system integrator. You will be deployed on various projects, permanent role; Work Location: Main office - west region of singapore, Project site: Tuas/East Responsibilities: Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software. Establish project workflows throughout all project phases. Set up and administer BIM projects, ensuring smooth operations. Coordinate site activities and ensure effective communication among all parties involved. Prepare and update Revit Models, including coordination drawings. Develop 4D shop drawings and as-built drawings. Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data
