**Job summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Procurement / Purchase Administrator**to support the purchase operations within a fast-paced printing environment. Co-ordinate and execute the procurement activities, monitor and report on the progress of these activities to management periodically.
- Handle daily purchasing and warehouse operations.
- Process purchase requests, get quotes, and issue purchase orders.
- Support efforts to improve procurement processes and vendor management.
- Work with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
- Follow company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Willing to learn and able to handle tasks reliably
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Training will be provided
