**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews with our internal colleagues to understand integration approach and design principles across different workstreams and geographical locations.
- Synthesize complex information gathered from interviews into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collaborate with other intern and Synpulse colleagues to create a change management deck and marketing material which will be serve as a talking point to our potential clients.
- Present key findings and recommendation to senior management and partner.
- Support management team or colleagues on ad-hoc business development tasks.

**About you**:

- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (ideally 3rd/final year students).
- Prior internship experience is a plus, although not a must have, within Banking or Consulting.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments within Synpulse.
- Ability to quickly understand complex situations, to lead and direct the analysis processes.
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Commitment to a minimum 10-week internship starting May 2025.
