**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the bank's business architecture framework to support strategic goals.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define and translate business strategies into actionable solutions.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of business processes with cutting-edge technologies.
- Analyse, design, and optimize banking processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards across all implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and regulatory teams to address current and future business needs.
- Provide thought leadership in emerging banking trends and technological innovations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in business architecture, strategy, or transformation roles within the banking / financial sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Knowledge & experience of industry-specific challenges, especially in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge & experience of core banking systems, financial products, and services.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML) practices
- Insights into customer-centric strategies and digital banking innovations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
