If you want to be part of our growth and enjoy learning in a fast-paced environment, come and join us WHAT YOU'LL DO - Collaborate with other People & Culture team members on the full spectrum of HR, but not limited to talent acquisition, employee journey, learning & development, payroll, tax return, and system administration - Manage full cycle of talent acquisition alongside with line managers and facilitate our new hires pre-boarding & onboarding programmes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) - Manage the employee engagement survey program and feedback mechanisms, as well as insights and analytics to advise leadership direction and drive actions for improvement - Develop, design and lead the creative implementation of internal events (e.g. visits, trainings, team-building, offsites, and other activities) and engagement/appreciation programmes to ensure a delightful employee experience - Localize Learning & Development (L&D) and progression plans with functional managers as appropriate, based on needs identified and lead employee development initiatives - Develop and maintain Px metrics - monthly, quarterly, annually to recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention - including promotion, compensation increase, department or location change, and employee recognition. - Being a trusted advisor on all People & Culture matters for our local team, driving the people strategy and build out the best culture that reflects Dash Living’s values - Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3-5 years’ experience in HR function with experience in hospitality industry is a plus - Sound knowledge of Singapore’s employment law with 1 year of relevant people & culture managerial experience - A degree holder in Human Resources Management or related field - Comfortable working in a high-growth start-up environment and can prioritize in a fast-paced, delivery-focused culture - Highly curious individual with a growth mindset - Sharp analytical skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER - Your fingerprint to impact a fast-growing startup at an exciting time - A dynamic startup environment with career progression - Great platform to perform and learn for the best - 5-days hybrid work week and a competitive salary - Hybrid work from home arrangements - Fringe benefits + Extra leaves Interested talents please send a full resume with your current and expected salary by clicking "Apply".
