This Global Platform Lead sits within the Impact Team of Risk and Response. The team handles all tooling and product analysis functions to drive improvements across cross-functional teams, supports planning and goal-setting processes for Risk and Response. This Global Platform Lead will play an important role to help understand and drive product and tooling quality. Positioned within Risk & Response Operations under the Global Impact arm, this role will drive multiple cross-functional initiatives across our teams and in partnership with R&D. This role requires a team player who can effectively manage complex, detail-oriented projects with an eye to process and tooling improvements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required. The fundamental goal of Global Platforms Lead is to ensure we create the right tools to move our business forward. What will I be doing? - Work closely with cross-functional partners to surface, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on new tools and improvements benefitting the Risk & Response organization; - Own and facilitate ongoing roadmap prioritization exercises within the organization and partner with R&D to drive systems and tooling requests on behalf of the R&R organization; maintain and organize the roadmap; - Align with broader business objectives and org goals to create a deliver a vision to improve the usage and efficacy of existing and new systems and tools for our teams; - Coach and guide systems specialist to help our teams to measure, manage, and optimize their work; - Define the operating structure and processes to implement and scale internal systems and tooling strategies in partnership with the Global Impact Lead; - Facilitate regular communications with leadership on product vision and progress; - Advise Product teams throughout the product life cycle on the business implications and manage the development of PFRs and business cases to support roadmap initiatives; - Develop an end-to-end strategy for and project manage the team on implementation of existing and new systems and tools; - Ensure functional leads are aligned on key objectives for the systems/ tools and collaborate with partner teams to prepare the systems and tooling roadmap for product launches; - Track core business metrics and identify key problem areas pre and post launch/ implementation; - Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise systems improvement. **Qualifications**: What should I bring with me? What should I bring with me? - 4+ years of experience in product operations, business consulting, finance, or similar role; preferably within a product or product operations team with a demonstrated track record of driving outcomes; - Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions and measure desired outcomes against level of effort; - Support systems and tooling initiatives by driving discovery & research, implementation, and ongoing data analysis; - Analyze large, complex data sets to measure system and tooling quality and identify improvement solutions; - Make data-driven recommendations to inform roadmap prioritization; - Serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams, product, and R&D; - Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Willingness to be scrappy and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
