**Your key responsibilities**:
**Run-the-Bank Business Planning and Advisory**
- Development and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify recurring pain-points and work with infrastructure partners to drive sustainable solutions
- Where required, formulate and implement divisional procedures to ensure Front Office is compliant with both internal policy and regulatory deadlines
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide advisory to Sales and Trading, including infrastructure partners on issue resolution
- Where required, to be able to assess and mitigate risk to provide sign off for trading to proceed
**Change-the-Bank Programme Execution & Management**
- Identify operational inefficiencies within Run-the-Bank workstream and propose solutions, e.g. programmes, governance forum etc.
- Define scope of programme, objectives and deliverables that are aligned with the COO function’s strategic goals
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholders across all levels (e.g. front office traders, sales, operations, technology, legal, compliance, senior management) to meet programme goals
**Stakeholder Management (including Senior Stakeholder Advisory at Senior Management level)**:
- Experience in verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at the Senior Management level (MDs and above)
- Ability to clearly convey programme progress, challenges, and success metrics
- Skilled in negotiation, including ability to advise Senior Management levels on conflict resolution
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting and resolving all pre-trade, onboarding, and post-trade impediments to facilitate immediate client trading in Global Markets Business
- Minimum 3 years experience in operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting, including designing and implementing robust internal controls, and ensuring adherence to internal policies
- Good understanding of Global Markets Business and Product Expertise, with knowledge of front-to-back trading and operations for Global Markets
- Experience at senior stakeholder management, including proficiency in presenting to, navigating and influencing ExCo-Level Stakeholders.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering / Anti-Financial Crime policies
