The Global Emerging Markets business consists of Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. The Global Emerging Markets business is a market leading provider of innovative investment, risk management and financing solutions to Corporates, Governments and Institutional Investors globally. The Cross Markets Solutions (CMS) team is based in Singapore which looks at all client activities across Asian market access, Rates/FX Exotics, Bond derivatives, Liquid Asset Financing, liability management, advisory business across institutions and corporates, balance sheet/RWA management among other activities.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Main focus on expanding the structured flow business across institutional and corporate franchise across the regions
- Risk management of local currency related options (fx and interest rates derivatives)
- Get actively involved in FIC exotic business across the Asia EM franchise; across asset and liability side trades
- Innovating solutions for wrapping Asian currency risk across various asset classes - fx, rates, credit, etc for clients
- Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on infrastructure development
- Optimize product delivery and service through co-ordination with internal groups and pro
- sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty

**Your skills and experience**:

- **For Analyst**:Degree in finance, computing, or related field with a strong knowledge of trading.
- **For Associate**:Degree in finance, computing, or related field with a 2-3 years of trading experience
- Strong quantitative skills including VBA & Python as well as machine learning
- Familiarity of exotic structures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong networking / communication skills
- Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
