Marsh is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Change Management Lead to join the APAC Transformation Office on a full time basis in Singapore. **What can you expect?** In this role, you will be leading and driving change management initiatives for our Asia Pacific book of work in the global Operational Excellence transformation program. Your role will focus on the people side of change, encompassing communications, training, change impacts, change readiness, colleague feedback and driving adoption across our initiatives. You will be part of the Asia Pacific Transformation Office (TO) team leading a team of 2 and will be working with regional and global project teams and stakeholders. This will be across analysis, planning and execution phases. - Developing change management processes and tools to support project implementations and ensure alignment with change management principles. - Close collaboration with project managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans - Identifying key stakeholders, preparing impact and readiness analyses and evaluating the actual impact of changes - Driving Operations’ communications agenda and execution - Work with project managers and sponsors to drive adoption of the initiatives in our OPEX book of work - Defining and measuring success metrics - Consulting and advising project teams and stakeholders on change management - Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the organization **What you need to have**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent, or Psychology - More than 10 years’ experience in change management, managing end to end change - Proven in-depth experience using change management principles, methodologies and tools - Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others - Comfortable in managing/communicating with senior stakeholders, project teams and colleagues across different functions - Proven experience in implementing a large-scale change program of work and project delivery lifecycle - Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, and ability to focus from the perspective of end users’ needs - Deep understanding of how colleagues go through change - Strategic mindset approach to situations in problem solving and root-cause identification - Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build strong relationships - Strong presentation, leadership and negotiation skills **What makes you stand out?** - Change management certification e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ATD, etc - Insurance or Financial Services industry experience - Fluency in the main Asian languages is an advantage e.g. Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Japanese, Korean Marsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
