**Your main responsibilities**:

- Overall sales achievements, budget control, and profitability
- Work closely with retailers/distributors to develop and execute a long-term growth strategy
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop overall marketing strategy to support the growth strategy
- Identify opportunities and gaps to drive growth
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing campaigns effectiveness
- Develop and keep track of sales forecast and to meet the demands of the markets
- Manage demand planning and monitor inventory movement
- Generate monthly sales reports and analysis of the sale performance
- Manage and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 3 years of relevant sales background in FMCG (personal care) or pharmaceutical industry
- Working with/for distributor and/or modern trade
- Traditional and/or online marketing knowledge is a plus
