**Project Manager for Digital Transformation Team (Healthcare, Non-Profit Org, Singapore)**

For Singapore’s largest Elder Care organization - **St Luke’s ElderCare Ltd. (SLEC)**

Do you have a heart for helping others and find meaning in making an impact in society? St Luke's ElderCare team is searching for a passionate IT Transformation Project Manager who will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation projects.

With exposure and guidance to oversee the end-to-end transformation process, you will play a crucial role in shaping SLEC's digital platform deliverables, directly impact our internal operations and clients. This role is set up for the success of the transformation team and is an excellent opportunity to join exciting and growing industry with other focused, compassionate and talented professionals. You will be working in close collaboration with our CTO.

**What you will do**:

- Actively participate in the review and launch processes of our digital platform end-to-end
- Engage in process mapping, business requirement translation and research for digital solutions
- Be the expert in bridging external IT vendors and internal operations.
- Assess digital solutions and oversee the end-to-end life cycle of new IT projects.
- Coordinate various stakeholders, manage project progress, and adapt work as required.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Interim custodian for new digital platforms after project go-live and be responsible to keep documentation organized and updated

**To succeed in this role, we would love for you to have**:

- Academic education, preferably in IT/ Digital Healthcare/ Business Process Management/ Project Management skills
- Passionate and strongly interested in the healthcare/ elderly sector
- Experience adopting new technologies for business and is a fast learner
- A confident communication style, being dynamic, flexible, and curious about the latest technologies
- Attention to details, being a self-starter who is both resourceful and independent with a strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage their own time
- Previous information research / digital transformation experience - a major advantage
- Previous experience in managing IT project life cycle - a major advantage
