At Singtel Singapore, we're creating a new portal to serve our customers with self‐serve capabilities across the discover‐buy‐care journey. As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will play a key role in the B2B portal experience transformation, working alongside business stakeholders, UI/UX designers and developers. Responsibilities Discover and scope business requirements with stakeholders. Co‐create new solutions using customer insights. Collaborate with UI/UX designers on flow solutioning and UI design. Lead the IT team in development of new use cases. Lead UAT with stakeholders. Manage digital program activities including stakeholder management, strategic alignment, deck creation, discovery workshops, programme planning, enablement and adoption drive activities. Define customer journeys and digital channels for different enterprise customer segments, and online/mobile/offline journeys. Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, delivering impactful features for enterprise customers via the product‐agnostic digital channel. Identify key enablers and systems to support the digital channel roadmap. Prepare initial draft product requirement documents with impact metrics and participate in prioritization exercises. Play a key role in product launch, conduct UAT, frame and execute test cases, and communicate post‐launch feedback. Identify, analyse and track metrics that inform the success of product features in driving digital sales and self‐help. Skills for Success At least 3 years of experience in product management, product design or program management. Experience with ethnographic research (quantitative and qualitative), divergent exploration, conceptual development and design thinking. Strong project management skills with proven records of successful end‐to‐end project implementation. Experience acting as a product owner with a thorough understanding of agile methodology. Experience in vendor management and ability to resolve disagreements.
