Do you have the passion for retail stores and digital transformation?

We are seeking a Business Transformation Operations Specialist - Retail Store Systems to define one consistent business process across all our retail stores through one operating model known as the “Dairy Farm Way.” This is essential for the execution of our digital retail spine and O2O projects based in Hong Kong including Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. We are in the early stages of a 5-year program to deliver new retail technologies in every one of our 10,000+ stores, 42+ distribution centres and 15+ offices across Asia to enable real time O2O e-commerce with our customers. We have multiple countries to be migrated where we need consistent business processes across all the markets, we operate in.

**Job Description**:
Responsible for supporting the “DFI Way” process operating model project for retail stores. Business Process Transformation Lead will lead and proceed all group process confirmed from business and provide smooth transition. The position will frequent direct exposure to retail store systems development team, business store operation team and change management team.

**Requirements**:

- Provide the solution by evaluating current processes to determine best practice across our businesses to achieve operational excellence through process improvement and sustainable change across all our markets.
- Identify local challenges, seeks their input/expertise and provide the solution to mitigate/resolve them.
- Review and establish one “DFI Way” operating model for new Point of Sale (POS), Self-Checkout (SCO), Scan & Go and Store Operations systems across multiple countries.
- Develop system design and process that meet business objectives with better efficiency.
- Drive and create better customer journey for “DFI Way” operating model.
- Manage the change request process to ensure requirements are clear and essential to the business.
- Having a great communication with all related parties facilitating the entire change request process.
- Responsible for creating business requirement document, standard operation procedure / guides and testing scenarios.
- Work closely with change management team and store operations team to deliver the new digital retail store systems and provide smooth transition on one “Dairy Farm Way” operating model
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer between teams in rolling out the “Dairy Farm Way” operating model, including testing, process training with the business whilst working with IT and third parties

Profession Experience/Qualification
- Over 6 years’ experience in retail store operations and/or systems is preferred.
- Experience with food business, POS systems, Stock and Cash Management are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills with the ability to make difficult tasks simple.
- Creative and willing to drive change.
- Well-organized and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with an ability to focus on the detail in a global setting.
- Strong business and/or systems analysis experience including business process mapping.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation is a strong advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua/Mandarin speaking and writing ability is an advantage.
