DESIGNATION : Agile Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

NE Digital is currently hiring for Manager, Digital Strategy & PMO to join NTUC First CampusYou will be reporting to Head of Digital Strategy & PMOThe Digital Strategy & PMO team comprises a team of Digital Strategy & Project Managerswho define digital transformation strategy, implement governance processes and ensuresuccessful project delivery which meets the business digital transformation objectives. Thisteam in NTUC First Campus works with Centre of Excellence delivery teams in NE Digital tostrategise, define, prioritize, develop projects and programs.Duties and Responsibilities1) Digital Strategy
- Support the design and development of digital strategy
- Lead a variety of strategic digital transformation initiatives from end-to-end
- Conduct insightful research to identify business opportunities
- Develop business plans and proposals for digital innovation, digital transformation and digital business
- Evaluate and propose technology investments to align technology strategy with business strategy
- Partner with senior business leaders to solve problems and create value
- Build expert-level understanding of the industry and the ecosystem, and help to realize strategies to grow our product position

2) Reporting & Governance
- Establish, monitor and report key performance metrics, project progress and budgets for management to understand performance and return on investments
- Develop and cascade governance frameworks, policies and controls to ensure delivery of business value
- Provide the budget and cost for projects, managing operational governance and planning budget and forecast
- Define and implement governance processes for projects, procurement, enterprise risk, cybersecurity and data governance. Performing impact analysis, mitigation and reporting.

3) Project Management
- Deliver key digital transformation projects and initiatives from definition to closure.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Ensure effective vendor management to meet stakeholder expectations for project delivery and service level agreements
- Submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes for IT systems where necessary. Monitor and track project expenditure within budgets
- Conducts all project management activities/tasks to ensure schedule, benefit/cost, and quality goals are achieved.
- Define project scope, goals, timeline and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans, related communication documents and keeping project documents complete and current
- Lead the project and business teams through integration testing and UAT; manage and resolve test defects.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and solve issues, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
- Plan and manage the maintenance and upgrade of IT systems
- Manage the interfaces and integration between IT systems
- Ensure compliance, represent in audit of IT system and resolution of audit findings, if any

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience. Coordinates project budget (capEx, opEx), timelines, and resources
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in developing strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of all aspects of project implementation including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures to achieve the success of the project/s
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships
