**Roles Responsibilities**

This position reports to the Sales Director. LJK Cleaning Guru LLP is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace

**Specific Responsibilities**

1. Trainees should be aware of what services and provide we provide to be able to cross-sell and convey accurate information to our potential and existing clients.
2. Hired trainees will learn to contact and source for new business opportunities through various prospecting methods such as researching, canvassing and cold calling. They will be taught on ways and platforms on how to find customers or businesses to form a partnership with.
3. Hired trainee will draft reports on findings of new business opportunities and projections. In meetings, he or she will share effective methods and sales processes of closing cases and provide case studies for everyone to learn from it when applicable.
4. Hired trainees will learn to proactively and independently handle all cases, negotiations, and other customer concerns. They will be able to do presentations confidently when meeting the customers. Once case is closed, they will draft and review contracts with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and requirements are met.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**

1. Learning and attaining full product and services knowledge of our company

2. Learn how to prospect and generate sales for growth of company productivity

3. Develop business reports on new revenue streams and new business opportunities and share additional information in meetings

4. Account management process, communicating and negotiating with potential & current customers and businesses
