E-commerce Key Account Lead

As a Key Account Lead, you will drive operational excellence and seamless customer experience on digital marketplace platform while consistently maintaining the H&M brand. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
**Key responsibilities**
- Drive growth and development of external E-commerce marketplace platforms across SEA region by maximizing selling peaks, customer awareness and conversion.
- Negotiate campaign participation including but not limited to pricing requirements, in-app visibility and marketing spend.
- Utilizing a data driven approach, craft merchandising and promotion strategies with the goal of achieving target sales and profitability.
- Reporting of data insights to further optimize growth including forecasting of campaign targets and opportunities.
- Secure strong collaboration between external partners and develop strong internal relationships across functional areas such as merchandising, media, business tech and logistics to make sure day-to-day operations run seamless on the marketplace platform and help the brand optimize traffic, customer growth and revenue.
- Make sure that all assets (creatives) utilized across marketplace platforms align with global guidelines
**Qualifications**
To be successful in the role of Key Account Lead, you should have a strong commercial focus and are insight and data-driven, with a proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You should have a broad e-commerce knowledge and commercial experience that understand the total picture from customer demands on our offers.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications and basic understanding of digital marketing
- Experienced within e-commerce or retail industry working for digital business with ability to translate customer and sales insights into short-term commercial actions.
- Experience utilizing Google Analytics, Tableau & Power BI.
- High level of salesmanship, agile way of working, and thrives in changing environment;
- Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills and is experienced in proactively influencing plans and priorities to drive profitability and optimize customer experience.
**Additional Information**
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Marketplace Manager.
This position is based in Singapore.
